Introduction By Meditation practice, one can get his reflexive mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness. Meditation is recognized as a component of many religions, and has been practiced since antiquity also outside religious traditions. Practice of meditation may have various emphasizes with different goals such as an achievement of a higher state of consciousness, greater focus, creativity or self-awareness, or simply a more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind. Therefore, this ultimately leads the practitioner to find a sense of relaxation and peace within himself. Green Tara is a female compassionate Bodhisattva who helps us to realize the very nature of ourselves. She is also known as the "mother of liberation" and she represents the virtues of success in work and achievements. The feminine energy of Tara is necessary for both men and women to bring about a positive change in the mind and heart and become aware of the divine presence that lies within us. Therefore, Green Tara meditation practice can develop certain inner qualities and understand outer, inner and secret teachings about compassion and emptiness.
